Mark Wilson is a Chartered
Professional Engineer with extensive experience in
remote-area project construction and the corporate
management of resource companies. He has held executive,
non-executive and/or ownership rolls in several
resource-focussed companies over the past 16 years,
including Duketon Goldfields NL and Cambrian Resources
NL.
Mark is
Member of the Institution of Engineers (Australia) and a
graduate of Curtin University.

Derek Waterfield is a
Geologist with more than 19 years experience in the
exploration for gold, iron ore, copper, uranium and
heavy minerals deposits in a broad range of terrains
within Australia. Most recently Derek led the team that
discovered the 1 million ounce Moolart gold resource in
the Duketon Belt 350km north of Kalgoorlie.
Derek has held senior exploration leadership positions
with Normandy Mining Limited and Newmont Australia.
Derek is a
Member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists and
a graduate of the University of Queensland (B.Sc. Hons).
